Reply in a conversation
Adds the contact’s message to their own conversation. Always public — a contact has no internal notes to write.
Writing moves the ball back to the team: a pending conversation (waiting on the contact) reopens to open, and so does a resolved one — the reply after “solved” is the classic “actually, it is not”. A snoozed conversation stays snoozed: the snooze is the agent’s own alarm, and the message rings the inbox, not the clock.
